Baby Buddhas Ages 1-2 – Yoga is movement, play and self-expression for toddlers! Yoga play includes mommy (or daddy)/baby buddha yoga, stretching, singing, dancing and more!

Busy Buddhas Ages 3-4 – Yoga is all play for little kiddos! Yoga play includes movement, stretching, breathing, singing, yoga games, stories and more. We focus on fun while we pose and relax.

Big Buddhas Ages 5-8 – Yoga is all fun and games with big kids! Yoga is introduced through thematic classes. Each session includes movement through co-created poses, partner yoga, stretching, storybooks/ poetry, dance, singing and games. Every class ends with relaxation. We focus on finding the magic of yoga.

Yoga practice is a great way to increase endurance, flexibility and overall performance in sports and other related activities!

Bendy Buddhas Ages 9-11 – Yoga is about building confidence and self-awareness through thematic classes. We practice partner poses, acrobatics, movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques through guided meditation. We focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and always make sure to include lots of creativity while building character.

Blissful Buddhas Ages 12+ – Yoga is all about creating mindfulness and increasing self-confidence. We explore yoga through the practice of vinyasa flow, partner poses, acrobatics, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help decompress busy minds. We discover what our bodies are capable of doing through body awareness, strength building, flexibility, and personal expression to find our inner yogi.
